Terry Ford
Also known as “Butch Arnold” in the grid, founded 3RD Rock Grid in 2007 and built it into one of the pioneering worlds of the OpenSim metaverse — the first grid to offer real content protection for creators, and the first with a working in-world economy. A programmer since the late 1970s, he went on to found DigiWorldz, one of the most established grids operating today. In 2026 he brought 3RG back online, and he now oversees the grid’s servers, infrastructure, and everything that keeps the world running. If it hums, blinks, reboots, or keeps our users happy, it’s his department.

Jericho brings nearly two decades of virtual-world experience to 3RD Rock Grid, along with the kind of leadership and fresh ideas that make a world feel alive. As Grid Manager, Jericho oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates our staff, supports region owners, and makes sure residents always have a world worth logging into.
