Covenants for Core Ring 3RG Regions and Parcels

(There are no covenants restrictions on Private Regions aquired through 3RG)

3rd Rock Grid desires to maintain a terrain look and feel that flows well from the community core outward to the Ring regions and parcels. If a land lease holder wants to create their own "look" to the land and cannot find a land option within the core ring regions to their liking, it is recommended that they arrange to lease a private region where there is no restriction on land use.

The following restrictions apply to all regions and parcels within the core ring, of which this land is included:

Terraforming shall be limited as to not effect the general look of the land relative to its surroundings.

All walkways located on the land shall be maintained on the land to facilitate the flow of citizens to and from this parcel/region.

Additionally, our goal of making the 3RG core regions as citizen friendly and non offensive ask that the core region contents be "General Public". If there is a desire to provide mature content, it is highly recommended that a "private" region or parcel be attained instead of the lease of these lands.

If the 3RG community or 3RG management determines the content of a core-connected region to be outside the bounds of our plans, we will assist the landholder in copying the region contents to a private region. If it is a parcel in violation, we will assist the landholder in finding an equivalent parcel offered by another private landholder if possible.

If an owner has exception to, or desires to make substantial modifications to these lands, replace or move walkways or in other ways modify the land to better fit their needs please provide a "plan" to 3RG management at support@3rdrockgrid.com for approval, prior to making any changes.
